Asset Library

There is also a central Asset Library for assets that do not belong to any project. This central library can be used to store reference work or finished assets to be reused. From any job, these assets can be searched and added to the project.

Assets can be stored either under a job or in the shared assets library.

The TACTIC Central and Job Library can contain any number of assets.

Assets that are created when working on a job will be stored in that job's asset library. Every job has it's own library of assets. When an asset is uploaded it is stored with the process that of the workflow it was created for.

Asset Library Layouts

Assets can be displayed in various layouts using the Switch Layout button located in the menu bar on the middle right of the screen.

There are several layout options:

*1 Collections Layout
*2 Tile Layout
*3 Table Layout

Collections Layout

The "Collections Layout" shows the file folders on the left sidebar which allows the user to easily drag and drop assets into the desired folders.

Tile Layout

The "Tile Layout" allows the user to scale the thumbnails to the desired size.

Table Layout

The "Table Layout" format allows you to scroll down to quickly view and enter notes.
